What is RCT-30?
RCT-30 is a training program that takes your body to a new level of training. It uses a combination of speed, technique, and change that gets you the best results possible. I have been a trainer for over 25 yrs, and I have competed as a NPC bodybuilder since 1985. I have watched thousands upon thousands of people train in gyms during this time, and most of them never achieve their full potential. There are many things that contribute to this. The first thing is not understanding the body’s ability to adapt. How many times have you gone to the gym and seen someone doing the same workouts over and over again?
